A done-for-you Claude setup, shaped around your actual work.
You have tried Claude, or a tool like it. You have explained what you do, described how you write, started from scratch every single time. The answers were generic because it does not know who you are yet. That is a setup problem, not a you problem. Fixing it is what I do.
Who this is for
The women I am building this for are running a small business, holding down a demanding professional role, or juggling both. They are not short on capability. They are short on time, and nobody has ever set this up for them.
The promise
This is personal, one-to-one, and done for you. We shape it together, I build between our sessions, and we refine it until it fits the way you work. You end up using it, not learning about it.
The difference
This is the shift. Everything I build is designed to get you from the left side to the right side.
Workflows and automations
A workflow is a job you repeat, built once so it runs properly every time. An automation is that job running with the tools you already use, without you stitching it together by hand. This is where the hours come back.
A newsletter, a client update, a report, a set of posts. Built once as a workflow, with your voice and your format baked in, so you bring the idea and it comes back sounding like you wrote it.
Inbox triage, meeting notes turned into actions, documents summarised, the same three emails you rewrite from scratch each time. Set up once, handled in minutes instead of hours.
Claude can talk to the tools you already use, your calendar, your documents, your files. Connected properly, it stops being a chat window and starts working across your actual week.
How it works
Everything happens over Zoom, around your schedule. The exact shape flexes with what you need. The beta price does not.
A short set of questions about what you do, whether that is your own business or your role, and where your week actually goes. Nothing to prepare beyond answering honestly.
A planning session where we map where your time actually goes, and work out which workflows and automations will claw the most of it back. This is where my systems brain earns its keep.
Custom instructions that know what you do, your voice loaded in, your workflows built, your tools connected. Done for you, between sessions.
You run your real work through the new setup with me there. We adjust what needs adjusting, and you keep a written recap of everything built and how to use it.
What you leave with
You have read the prompting tips. You have watched the tutorials. Generic advice has not worked because your work is not generic. Everything here is built for you specifically.
Custom instructions built around what you do, who you deal with, and how you work, whether that is your own business or a demanding role. No more explaining yourself to a stranger.
A voice document created from your actual writing, so everything from content to client emails to reports sounds like you, not like AI slop, on the first draft.
The jobs you repeat every week, built once so they run properly every time. Content, emails, reports, planning, admin. Plus your tools connected, so it works across your week and not just in a chat window.
A plain-English summary of everything that was built and how to use it, so you are never left wondering what to do next.
Why me
I spent more than 20 years in systems and project management, building processes from scratch. Then I built my own business with zero experience in websites, marketing, or copy. Claude supported nearly every part of that build, and for most of it I was only scratching the surface of what it could do.
In the last six months Claude exploded in capability, and like most people, I got left behind. So I invested in proper training, the kind that turns it from a search engine into something that genuinely runs alongside you. It now saves me serious time every week, and this business, my second, is being built on that exact setup.
I love this tool, honestly. Life asks a lot of us, and this is one of the few things that gives time back. I am not an AI educator. I set Claude up around your work, then show you how to use what I have built. You get the shortcut I paid for.
The Claude Setup
USD · beta rate · first four names
One-to-one over Zoom · Rolling from 25 July · Flat beta price
Before you put your name down
Four women at the beta rate, with my full attention. The process flexes within a four-week window as we work out together what your setup needs, and the price stays flat regardless. In return I will ask for honest feedback and, if you are happy, a testimonial. Put your name down either way, because if the four fill, you go straight onto the list for the next round.
Putting your name down is an expression of interest, not a commitment. I will be in touch within 48 hours to make sure this is the right fit before anything is booked or paid.
Rolling starts from 25 July. Names are taken in order, so the earlier you put yours down, the sooner we start. Once the first four are underway, I open the next round from the waitlist.
A paid Claude plan is where the setup lives. If you are not sure which plan suits you, that is one of the first things we will sort out together.
