1:1 Claude Setup · Online · First four at the beta rate

Stop repeating
yourself.

A done-for-you Claude setup, shaped around your actual work.

You have tried Claude, or a tool like it. You have explained what you do, described how you write, started from scratch every single time. The answers were generic because it does not know who you are yet. That is a setup problem, not a you problem. Fixing it is what I do.

Who this is for

If you recognise any of this, this is for you.

The women I am building this for are running a small business, holding down a demanding professional role, or juggling both. They are not short on capability. They are short on time, and nobody has ever set this up for them.

  • 01 You have explained what you do to Claude more times than you can count, and it still does not remember.
  • 02 The writing it gives you, whether that is content for your business or an email for your boss, is the same AI slop everyone else is posting, the same words and phrases, and nothing like you. So you rewrite it yourself.
  • 03 You know it could be doing more for you, but you do not know what you do not know.
  • 04 You do not have three spare hours to sit down and figure it out, and you have not had them for months.
  • 05 Every time you feel like you have caught up, Claude changes again and you are behind again.
  • 06 You do not want to learn AI. You want it working, today, on the jobs you repeat every single week.

The promise

A Claude account rebuilt around your work, your voice, and your actual week. Set up properly, saving you real time.

This is personal, one-to-one, and done for you. We shape it together, I build between our sessions, and we refine it until it fits the way you work. You end up using it, not learning about it.

The difference

Right now you are in a loop. A setup turns it into a line.

This is the shift. Everything I build is designed to get you from the left side to the right side.

HOW IT GOES NOW every single time Open a blank chat Explain who you are. Again. Get generic AI slop back Rewrite it yourself anyway ONCE IT IS SET UP Ask for what you need Done. In your voice. First try. BECAUSE IT ALREADY KNOWS What you do, and who you do it for How you write, so nothing sounds like slop Your recurring jobs, already built Your tools, connected and talking

Workflows and automations

The jobs you do over and over.

A workflow is a job you repeat, built once so it runs properly every time. An automation is that job running with the tools you already use, without you stitching it together by hand. This is where the hours come back.

Example one
The thing you write every week

A newsletter, a client update, a report, a set of posts. Built once as a workflow, with your voice and your format baked in, so you bring the idea and it comes back sounding like you wrote it.

Your idea Your workflow Draft, in your voice
Example two
The admin that eats your evenings

Inbox triage, meeting notes turned into actions, documents summarised, the same three emails you rewrite from scratch each time. Set up once, handled in minutes instead of hours.

The pile Your workflow Sorted, drafted, done
Example three
Your tools, actually connected

Claude can talk to the tools you already use, your calendar, your documents, your files. Connected properly, it stops being a chat window and starts working across your actual week.

Your tools Connected One place, not six

How it works

Collaborative, by design.

Everything happens over Zoom, around your schedule. The exact shape flexes with what you need. The beta price does not.

STEP ONE 01/04
You tell me about your work

A short set of questions about what you do, whether that is your own business or your role, and where your week actually goes. Nothing to prepare beyond answering honestly.

STEP TWO 02/04
We plan together

A planning session where we map where your time actually goes, and work out which workflows and automations will claw the most of it back. This is where my systems brain earns its keep.

STEP THREE 03/04
I go away and build

Custom instructions that know what you do, your voice loaded in, your workflows built, your tools connected. Done for you, between sessions.

STEP FOUR 04/04
We walk through it together

You run your real work through the new setup with me there. We adjust what needs adjusting, and you keep a written recap of everything built and how to use it.

What you leave with

Not tips. A working setup.

You have read the prompting tips. You have watched the tutorials. Generic advice has not worked because your work is not generic. Everything here is built for you specifically.

Claude that knows your work

Custom instructions built around what you do, who you deal with, and how you work, whether that is your own business or a demanding role. No more explaining yourself to a stranger.

Your voice, loaded in

A voice document created from your actual writing, so everything from content to client emails to reports sounds like you, not like AI slop, on the first draft.

Workflows and automations, built

The jobs you repeat every week, built once so they run properly every time. Content, emails, reports, planning, admin. Plus your tools connected, so it works across your week and not just in a chat window.

A written recap

A plain-English summary of everything that was built and how to use it, so you are never left wondering what to do next.

Why me

I got left behind too. Then I did the work.

I spent more than 20 years in systems and project management, building processes from scratch. Then I built my own business with zero experience in websites, marketing, or copy. Claude supported nearly every part of that build, and for most of it I was only scratching the surface of what it could do.

In the last six months Claude exploded in capability, and like most people, I got left behind. So I invested in proper training, the kind that turns it from a search engine into something that genuinely runs alongside you. It now saves me serious time every week, and this business, my second, is being built on that exact setup.

I love this tool, honestly. Life asks a lot of us, and this is one of the few things that gives time back. I am not an AI educator. I set Claude up around your work, then show you how to use what I have built. You get the shortcut I paid for.

Put my name down

Before you put your name down

A few honest things.

1
This is a first cohort, priced accordingly

Four women at the beta rate, with my full attention. The process flexes within a four-week window as we work out together what your setup needs, and the price stays flat regardless. In return I will ask for honest feedback and, if you are happy, a testimonial. Put your name down either way, because if the four fill, you go straight onto the list for the next round.

2
No payment until we have spoken

Putting your name down is an expression of interest, not a commitment. I will be in touch within 48 hours to make sure this is the right fit before anything is booked or paid.

3
Sessions are scheduled individually

Rolling starts from 25 July. Names are taken in order, so the earlier you put yours down, the sooner we start. Once the first four are underway, I open the next round from the waitlist.

4
You will need a Claude account

A paid Claude plan is where the setup lives. If you are not sure which plan suits you, that is one of the first things we will sort out together.

Frequently asked

Questions, answered.

No. That is the whole point. The setup is the part that looks technical, and I do that for you. What you are left with is a tool that already knows your work. If you can write an email, you can use what I build.
That is fine, and honestly common. You do not need experience for this to work. Everything is built around your work, not your existing Claude knowledge.
This is Claude-specific, because Claude is what I know deeply and what I use every day across my own work. If you are open to Claude, everything transfers. If you are committed to another tool, this is not the right fit, and I would rather tell you that now.
The beta is a defined piece of work: a short questionnaire, a planning session, the build, a walkthrough on your real work, and one refinement pass once you have lived with it, all within about four weeks of starting. One flat price covers all of it. Some women want ongoing support beyond that as Claude keeps changing. If that is you, we can talk about it once your setup is live. No pressure either way.
No. I build everything from what you tell me in the questionnaire and the planning session, then we install it into your own Claude account together, with you driving. Everything built belongs to you and lives in your account from the moment it exists. If you would rather share files or examples so I can work from your real writing, that is your call, and only ever what you choose to send me.
Yes. Nothing you share with me goes anywhere else, and nothing is used for any purpose beyond building your setup. I do not need access to your employer's systems, and I would not ask for it. If you are in a role where what you can share is limited, tell me early and we will build around that. It is a common situation and it is workable.
I am Australian and currently working from Bali, so I run on Australian-friendly hours and can usually make evenings or early mornings work for other timezones. Everything happens over Zoom. Tell me where you are when you put your name down and we will find something that suits us both.
Rolling sessions start from 25 July. Once your spot is confirmed and paid, we book a time that suits us both. Names are taken in order, so the earlier you register, the sooner we start. If the first four fill, you go onto the list for the next round and I will let you know when it opens.
I will be in touch within 48 hours with a couple of short questions about your work, to make sure this is the right fit. If it is, you will get a booking and payment link to lock in your spot. The questions and planning start after that.
